Convert websites from ASP to PHP

This project involves the translation of a set of 33 websites written in .ASP into a combination of HTML and PHP, leveraging a library of already-built plugins to replace much of the dynamic ASP content.
The ideal candidate will need to have a solid understanding of both ASP and PHP, and should be familiar with accessing databases through SQL code (preferably including both MS SQL Server and MySQL).
You should expect to be working primarily on translating the existing presentation and database access code; there will be little or no new algorithm design required.
## Deliverables
We have a collection of 33 individual company websites that were written in a combination of HTML and ASP. These websites are for small businesses, and each site has a number of ASP pages that allow customers of those businesses to signup for service and login and manage their accounts (changing addresses, phone numbers, cancelling service, etc), as well as basic static content about the business. (About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policies, etc....) While the specific content is different in each of these websites, they are all very similar in structure. The sites have SQL code that directly accesses a MS SQLServer database to store and retrieve the customer data.
We want to migrate each of these sites to run on an OpenSUSE Linux server, using Apache and PHP, and using a MySQL database backend. As such, we need to have each site re-written to no longer use ASP code, but instead to use PHP (where necessary).
We have an existing set of "plugins"--basically Javascript includes that can retrieve pre-built content that will deliver most of the signup and account management functionality that was hard-coded into each of these original sites. In other words, you would not need to do a significant amount of direct database access to the new MySQL database, nor will you need to learn a significant amount about the underlying database structure. The expectation is that most of the work will really be stripping out the ASP code, maintaining the visual layout of the delivered HTML content as much as possible, and plugging in these already-build Javascript includes.
However, this project will have some degree of discovery involved, as this is "inherited" code, and we don't know all the details that might be buried within it. We feel that a solid understanding of ASP will be required in order for you to make sound a sound analysis of the work that is required. Since any of the dynamic code that will be kept must be in PHP, you must also have solid PHP skills.
We're using time-based payment for this project because the details of each site are not 100% clear, and thus we understand it would be hard to predict the exact time requirements.
