Clone of [login to view URL] + some additions

I need a clone of the website [login to view URL] + some additions like the sending picture message and tones to compatible handsets. Please quote a resonable prices and time frame required to complete the site.

I prefer php/mysql ie a linux based system

I am also interested in ASP/MsAcess or SQL Server...ie anything the coder is comfortable with..only thing is that it should work exactly as the above site + additional features. I also consider profit sharing but only if conviced that your service is reliable and perfect(almost perfect)
