Adding rows and inserting data dynamically to datagrid

I have a fairly straight forward request, basically I have a form in ASP.net(vb) which needs to post the data to the SQL backend. But the problem starts when the user has got multiple rows to insert, For example a user may have 2 to 10 family members and I need to capture there data so initially the page should display only 1 row, of two textboxes but if they click on the + button on the form , then another row with the two textbox should appear.
This can be done either by Javascript, adding controls dynamically to a datagrid or a table. I need to loop through the each row and then insert a new record for ecah row. But most importantly I need to preserve the state as well, because the user can hit back button and come back, so I again need to repopulate the input boxes. For example if the user has added information about two members and then when the page loads it should show only two rows not 1 row.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
