Contacts App for iPhone

I need to develop a Contacts App for the iPhone. The difference between this App is that the contacts are not the same ones in your Addressbook. It is a different set of contacts that are queried from a Database.
This contact app should have a Groups View, then a Contact List view for each group, and then a Detailed View for each Contact. Contacts information is the basic, Name, Lastname, Email, Phone and Address.
The App should be made in Obj-c for iOS +6.0 and it should use [login to view URL] for Backend.
