Develop Function/Process/Workflow to Get the Email Address from a Social Network Profile (Just for Advanced Skills)

I need an automatic process capable to give me the email address of the owner of any Facebook account, Google+ account, Twitter account or LinkedIn account.
The input of the process will be the URL of a public profile of an account in Facebook, Twitter, or Google+.
The output will be the address that was used to create that account.
The function can take up to 10 minutes to get the result.
For a set of thousands of records, the process must have an accuracy of 90%
(I'll check each result using the Rapportive tool. You can use it too to do your own tests.)
This is an investigation work. I'm open to hear all your ideas about how will you develop it.
