The server O.S. is Windows 2008 Datacenter R2. The version os Symantec is Backup Exec 2010 R2 version.
The tape autoloader is connected trough A Fiber Channel to Server but it not view autoloader charger.
The tape autoloader is configured in Random Mode.
After accept the project the worker will received one teamviewer id and password and with be into constant chat and remote support with us.
All Administrative task such as reboot and hardware installation with be made by us upon worker request.
