SCOPE OF SERVICE Support Service for cases of massive crashes of the ElasticSearch Search Platform (NodeJs + ElasticSearch). It must cover critical outages of Search Services outside of business hours, weekends and holidays (see details). The service must also include preventive analysis that will allow us to establish whether the platform is “healthy” in order to reduce these types of events. DETAIL OF EXTENDED SUPPORT The Extended Support service will have the following scope: • Support Hours: Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 23:00 and Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 9:00 to 23:00.
