Right candidate has done extensive work in this field, has a very very good eye on detail for making sure everything is aligned and looks identical to the PSD, nothing should be misaligned and his/her code...into responsive HTML. PSD to HTML Should be written in HTML5 & CSS3 Clear documentation for your code. Cross browser compatibility is a must. Please include the word "psdhtml" in your bid.
