I'm looking for an Android developer to create a simple app that's primarily an information display. The information displayed within the app should be updated through an admin panel. The core functionality will be notifications sent to the user's phone every so often that mimic the likeness of cashapp, chime, wells Fargo, and other banking services communication. These notifications will let the user know that they just received 10,000$ in fake money or another example, the user may recieve a notification letting them know that the cash advance for a fake project was approved and that they just received some amount of money.
