Contest Brief

I need to make a custom leather punch (made by a CNC) to fit into my leather cutting machine. If you look at the image called belt-tip.jpg, this is the part I require to replace. Belt-tip.jpg cuts the end of belt tips. You can look at the image called belt-strap.jpg to see an example of the cut leather. I require completed and editable CAD files for the CNC.

The width of the leather is 1.5 inches in width. When we cut the leather there should be no sharp edges or corners. The goal is to have a perfect cut.

Feel free to submit your own designs for review. At the moment the 6 files I needs are below (tip4.png has 2 shapes):

Note: I measured this with the best of my abilities. When I bring this in to the CNC machine shop I will ask them to double check the dimensions against my original.
