Apache Crash / Memory overload
Tom is truely a champion whom I have great respect now. He dealt with this issue with great precision and took hardly 15 minutes to take control of the situation. Additionally, he optimized the Apache server to a great deal, fixing up the memory usage issues. Will certainly choose this "Top guy" for future projects!
