Saumil is skillful and knowledgeable developer, but he incapable of delivering work in time. He lacks initiative and overall vision of the project goals. Final code delivered by Saumil is prototype quality, it cannot be used in Production. Main problem with Saumil is very slow progress or his inability to estimate work/effort properly. He agreed to deliver project in one month, and after two months project is still has multitude of bugs. I accepted the work because in project description I explicitly said that after project is completed we were going to extend basic CRM functionality with custom business logic, so we were not expected to use Saumil's code 'as is'. We'll review/redo/ code anyway. If you are not software developer and you cannot dig through the code to polish both logic and UI to be Production quality then please think twice before hiring this coder. Hope it helps VB
