  “Profound disappointment! Promises were made, deadlines missed, stretched and missed again. Yes the timeline was compressed but this was made very clear to richhwalsh from the beginning. In the end we had to scramble for another option. We believed his "I was in the hospital" explanation for previous negative feedback and saw brilliance in his concept sketches. The problem appears to be a lack of follow-through and underscores the difference between design talent and execution talent... one really is useless without the other! We've asked for our $25 milestone back and have had no response. Draw your own conclusions, folks. We recommend steering clear of richhwalsh.”
