I've been in the customer service industry since 2016 in a call center setup. I did answer chat and emails, Research web based information and data entry on my first company for 15 months. I also did inbound calls as a Technical support representative for a Satellite cable provider client. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I can converse in English very well and I have a good typing speed (75-90 WPM). I'm currently employed as a content moderator for a social media company. I am a computer literate person, I can do basic troubleshooting for electronic gadgets like PC, Television, ETC.. Being in this industry since 2016, I can assure high level of customer service. I was able to maintain a good customer satisfaction score throughout my career. I am a team player and I can work well under pressure. I am a hardworking person who understands the value of time and I always submit my work before the deadline.
