Responsibilities: - offering support/information to clients about the banking system and applications, online banking, client information data, depending on the processing system schedule; -mentorship and training on different activities for other colleagues; - periodic updating of documents, internal regulations, banking procedures and user manuals; - translation of documents; - periodic coordinating the team on the activity and assigning tasks to team members; - performing controls on the activities at the end of the day; - software testing for internal applications, identifying software bugs and elaborating test cases; - archiving spreadsheets and other documents to be easily track able in case required; - investigating operational requirements and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements of new or changed processes; -achieving productivity improvements and cost control.
