"I like to be organized". This sentence is the reason behind all my knowledge. I started working with Excel because i need to have a fast and full view of what is happening to make choices and reporting and data raw process can be a long task, so i automated everything. On the free time left, this are some of my works on my company: - Automated HHRR Hour Calculation : This calculates the monthy playment of employees. - SLA Metrics : Using "Service Now" and "Microsoft GBI" reports generation, i use excel and power BI to have a quick view on Service Level Agreement performance on diferent projects. - Application GUI design (Photoshop / Ilustrator) : GUI making for C# designed applications on our automation team. - Email / Signature design: I used my Photoshop skills to make uniques email templates or signatures. - Project Migration : Working as a Transition Specialist, i helped diferent projects as an AMT for Cisco Configuration, CallFlow design, IVR recordings, people administration, tester, focal point and automation lead.
