§ Ensure the smooth compliance of project implementation plan
§ Ensure appropriate budget consumption
§ Manage human and material resource on the project site and resolve conflicts.
§ Handle administrative affairs at the project site.
§ Reporting, monitoring and liaison with government and no-government linked departments.

**Communication and Liaison**
§ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual reports covering quantitative and qualitative aspects, on progress and completion of projects as well as on operations of the organization/programmes for stakeholders and for headquarters in UK.

§ Liaise with international and national agencies, donors, partners and government on programme related needs.
