Wordpress Form issue - error

I am using Mailpoet plugin to capture email addresses and I have no problems on Google Chrome but there is an error when using Microsoft Edge & Chrome Incognito browser and maybe others.
The error is: An error occurred, make sure you have filled all the required fields.
This ONLY happens when I use Incognito and/or Edge.
Plugin cannot be updated as it is customized so that is not the solution.
