Wordpress developer needed to create 'request for information' feature

I am looking for a Wordpress developer who is versed in tweaking existing plugins.
I am looking to implement a simple 'request for information/quotation' feature whereby visitors can select companies from a directory (already created and setup) which he/she would like to receive information from and submit this request, which website admin would receive through email. With the use of existing plugins, this should likely be a few hours of work. Please see below for more details:
Background
- Website already setup based on Wordpress template The7, Elementor is mostly used for front-end design and tweaking Wordpress template. Pods plugin is used to create custom post type and custom taxonomies which are inputs for our directory which is already setup
- directory / searchable table is setup with use of a paid WP plugin (Post Table Pro) which allows us to display companies (custom post types) in a table.
To be done:
- Request for information/quotation feature
1.) Allows user to select companies (set up as custom post type) from our existing table/directory through the “request information” button on each company detail page and directly through the button behind the company’s name on the table. Customer requests up to 5 companies that are added to contact form and after filling out contact information and submitting are received by admin. E.g. through use of WooCommerce solution with Barn2 WooCommerce Add to Quote Plugin
2.) Admin should be able to set max # of companies per information/quotation request and change contact form inputs
- Other tasks:
1.) Add custom post metadata to “archives” pages, e.g. currently I am only able to show title + excerpt but would like to show custom post metadata such as # of employees, tags, # of locations, etc. which I have added as custom post metadata with each post
