Need animated SVG scrolling background on my website

Hello,
I currently have a Wordpress website using the Zuperla WP theme. I would like to add some scrollable animated SVG elements on the homepage that animate when scrolling up or down. I would want something similar to the aesthetic/detail that the website [login to view URL] has. I included a recording example of headspace's animated scroll SVG. I like this example since specific SVG objects are animated once the user scrolls past specific sections of the page. To know that you are legitimate and willing to learn more, include the phrase "horse rider" in your response.
If you go on their desktop version website, you will be able to see that the backgroud animates as you scroll down. I need something similar to this. Please bid if you have experience with this specific type of work. We will have more UI related work as well if this goes well.
