Fix Project Manager Plugin

I have a project manager plugin (panorama) that is having multiple issues. Paying $25 maximum for a fix.
1) Add "Theme Page Template" globally to all "project pages". (Header, Footer, Sidebar Menu)
Plugin has option to enable "theme templates", but it does not work.
2) Fix "Teams", plugin has option to show and add team members. It is not displaying teams functionality in plugin due to "permission issues", will show details.
Budget maximum $25, please do not bid higher.
