WP - eCom, POD, DS, Affiliate mktg site

I’m looking to create a WP website that sells an array of items including POD, physical, affiliate, and digital products. I’m experienced with WP but lack the time to get all this done right now. So I am looking to build a relationship with a reliable and affordable solution provider for this and upcoming project sites.
This is what I expect to be done:
1) start with a fresh wp install
2) install and configure preferred theme. Basic with no custom design or custom content needed unless it just comes with it.
3) install and configure necessary plugins like: woo, cjdropship, printful/printify, seo, amazon affiliate, ebay affiliate, seo, etc. if you know what you’re doing you’ll know which plugins and we will discuss that early on.
4) setup a couple parent/sub categories, taxonomy/tag structure and search
5) create at least 1 example product for each product type. Like to see customizable product examples
6) checkout must work with stripe, paypal, apple pay
7) provide a zip of the completed setup with files and db export.
The ideal candidate for this project would be a Wordpress developer with experience in configuring such wp sites. Familiarity with affiliate marketing, digital and POD products is necessary to ensure a smooth implementation&optimization of these sales channels. Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
The design will just be a shell and basic which comes with theme so as to not add to cost.
To be considered you will need to:
1) confirm you know what POD stands for
2) have completed similar sites before
3) be available with good communication
4) be able to customize theme functionality
Experience. Communication. Affordability. Reliability.

REQUIREMENT: In the first paragraph, tell me about your experience with ALL: POD, DS, Cj, and Affiliate mktg. All of these need to work with woo. Tell me about some sites you've done with these plugins. I want to hire someone who has prior experience working with these plugins to achieve what I need. I'm not choosing anyone who just says they're great with wordpress. I am very familiar with wp. I am going to choose someone who has the best experience with the specified plugins, or other plugins which may be better suited to achieve what I need the site to do. So, sell me on your experience with that. I am not going to choose anyone who does not follow details.
