Please help,

I need a website that will attract college students to buy their books and supplies from me. I am on a tight budget as I am working my way throught school. Something hip and fun would be great.

The site needs shopping cart and the ability for me to add main categories ,subcategories, images, and also let the customers post anything they want to sell into my database. Also I want to be able to give my customers money back on their purchases for their tuition so I want to be able to send them funds and keep track of it. I would like a section where students could post request for request for bids on Moving and other things like that and a meesage board. Feedback.
