I need a website created from a WordPress template.
You choose the template and I will purchase it.
It is a website to rate policemen (pm).
The website should have the following:
• A place to insert a photo of the pm
• Drop down menu with radio buttons for rank, which will include
o Corporal
o Sergeant
o Lieutenant
o Captain
o Chief
o Detective
o Other
• First and last name
• City or town they work for
• Postal code or zip code
• Province or State
• Country, USA or Canada
• Left to work with different employer (place to put employer in)
• Salary
• A rating of 0 to 5 stars
• Text area 500 characters for what his offense was
• A place for how much the pm cost the town for a lawsuit
• The reason the pm got sued
• Date of lawsuit
• A place to put YouTube links in
• The captains Name where the pm works
• The phone number to reach the captain
• The mayors name of that city or town
• The phone number to reach the mayor
• Drop down menu with radio buttons for reason for pm leaving that place of employment, which will include
o Fired
o Retired
o Left for another employer
o Sued
o Imprisoned
o Other
There should be a history of all the places the pm worked. With the most current place displayed as the top record for that pm. Meaning if the pm leaves on place of employment, that place of employment should stay with his record and the new place of employment should be available.
The search feature should be search by
• name first and last
• sued (that is if the pm had a lawsuit
• city
• State/Province
• Zip Code or Postal Code
• Reason for leaving (Radio Buttons)
o Fired
o Retired
o Left for another employer
o Sued
o Imprisoned
o Other
This site will need to be installed and run using https.
