Modify Magento theme to handle these functionalities listed below and also have front end look and feel of sister website at [login to view URL] and migrate products to the new site after completion.
Multi Vendor MarketPlace to provide facility to add vendor from Front-end and Back-end.
Facility provided from Front-end and Back-end as below.
Vendor can register from Front-end with email and mobile number verification.
Vendor can select the name of His store from during registrations.
Admin must permit vendor to enable MAKER / CHECKER function.
Vendor can add product from Front-end based on certain pre-approved criteria for picture sizing, background, labeling etc.
Admin will approve product then it will display on the store.
Admin can manage all products.
Vendor can Edit and Delete products.
Admin can pause products.
Vendor can view Order History.
Admin can get vendor sales report; also can generate report day, month and year wise.
Admin can export sales report.
Vendor can make purchase from store as a customer.
Vendor can get more attribute as per their requirement in product form.
Admin can add vendor from Back-end.
Admin create vendor and provide specific vendor role.
Extension provide facility to send E-Mail to vendor when his product sale is sold.
Admin can manage create product form.
Vendor can upload, edit and delete His own product.
Vendor can see order detail.
Merchant can only be managed on a flat structure and not a multi merchant structure.
Auto Generate Vendor financial statements
Auto generate purchase orders for vendors based on customer sales order.
Calculate commissions and payout.
Admin controlled customers – vendor communication.
Payment gateway support
Generate and print receipt in PDF etc
