I need some changes made on a joomla website.

Changes needed:
1. Add missing descriptions in "Products" section
2. Add some kind of sharing option for each product page (share on facebook, send by email etc)
3. Create a new section - page - add it to main menu
4. Explain how I can edit product descriptions and offer page.
Some of the missing descriptions can be found in the attached document.
