Auction dates and time announced. Bidder get a bidders # and are given 3 bids. The item up for auction is pictured and described and a starting bid amount is posted. The bidding time in which to use the 3 bids is initially posted. Each bidder can bid any amount above the established starting bid amount or the highest posted bid ( as much as $.01 if they want to bid that amount. Any of the three bids can be placed at any price the bidder so desires. At the end of bidding time, all bids not placed are void. The winning bid(s) are announced. If a tie, those bidders have A Certain time to place a bid anywhere above the bid tie amount, etc until there is a single winner. Have not decided what to charge for the 3 bids.
