Assist implementation of ZOHO Desk

We have been using desk (5 users), but not well. So we want to be taking full advantage of its features and need someone to guide us through this.
You must
Have loads of experience with all the Zoho suite of products and of course DESK
Understand ticketing best practice and sales channels
Speak English moderate-advanced

We currently use it for just its knowledge base and tickets from customers
Things we want the desk system to do
All inbound activities from all channels to be handled in desk (facebook, email, webform, chat etc), currently we still handle most general and lead questions in email, this needs to stop.
Zia installed and operational
Desk chat installed
Telephony (we currently have RingCentral installed)
Setup departments and configure past articles (about 40) into the correct dept.

Setup the right permissions
Create a user-friendly helpdesk cover page in our brand theme (not the standard zoho desk look/feel)
