Write Some Software - Repost

Hello all.

Please do not bid if you do not understand what we need here. Read through first before bidding.

We need an ONLINE SYSTEM that is connected to Google Search Engine which after logging in, one is presented with an inbuilt form in which he/she will enter a Search Keyword on one field and Location on another filed then click Search.

Example:

Enter Search Keyword: (Salons)

Location: (Ohio)

[search]

The results generated will be as follows:

X leads found in this search (where x is the number of results generated).

The leads (results will then be displayed)

The user will then be presented with the option of selecting who among the leads he/she can send an email FROM THE SYSTEM.

(A message field is provided for the purpose of adding an email message).

The email shall be customisable.

For example:

Hello [organisation], Today [date], ...from your [region]... etc

If user do not want to send any email from the system, he/she will be able to return to main page and perform another search.

The system will also backup all emails sent, date sent, keyword used on that search and Location.

Please give samples (if any) of similar or related work done. Great preference will be given to the bidder who is likely to add value to the system as we have limited knowledge in the area.

To know that you have read, understood and are able to competently execute this project, kindly EXPLAIN BRIEFLY how you or your organisation will go about the project. DO NOT give us a list of projects you have done that are irrelevant to the subject matter, your profile, where you come from, how many employees you have etc. Only links to similar or related projects (optional) will be acknowledged.

Any bidder who does not explain how he/she will go about the project will be treated as an impulse bidder leading to automatic disqualification.

We do not have the exact budget but we can stretch the stated budget to accommodate additional features you might suggest.

Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.

All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer (we) will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased - UNENCRYPTED. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The winning bidder will also advice us on how to upload the system on our servers.
