Existing Magento shop re-design and product upload - repost

Good evening all
I have a existing web shop at this link [url removed, login to view] then click online shop:
I would like a re design on the colours and the logo needs changing - the Magento shop needs updating to the latest version
The shop will need to be able to integrate with:
- Upload products to Google shopping AUTOMATICALLY without me having to upload product manually every 30 days this should automatically upload and refresh every 30 days via a cron job
- Ebay and Amazon working integration
- Paypal as a payment gateway
We have around 9 different suppliers all supplying Professional Sound and light equipment
all suppliers have websites with login details
some suppliers have CSV files with all of the product information, some suppliers have a PDF's with all of the product information and some Just have a website that will need either scrapping or manually taking data
A couple of our suppliers have LIVE Stock forecast - if the stock changes on the supplier website I would like it to change on our website so customers do not buy unavailable products.
Our website will need to update every evening overnight with our suppliers websites - so that we have the correct quantity of stock.
Any NEW product that becomes available with our supplier should also be automatically updated to our website - the same goes if the product becomes discontinued with our supplier it should become not available on our site
SO in a summary - I have 9 suppliers and I want my website to have the same functions as all individual suppliers
The website needs to be Fresh, Clean and attractive so that people buy !
