Webmaster for long term work - URGENT!

This is only for very serious individuals - companies please do not apply. Also, please read the entire description and communicate further via PM. If you cannot commit for full time job with the highest quality and in a timely and responsible manner, as well as understand the commitment this implies - DO NOT BID.
1. You must be available to start as soon as possible, today even.
2. You must have advanced/expert knowledge of HTML and CSS. You must be able to transform sliced PSD's into HTML files.
3. You must be able to use FTP and keep in constant communication - EVERY DAY and preferably via Instant Messaging services and Skype.
4. Familiarity with Drupal is a major plus.
5. So is graphic manipulation experience and understanding the use of TXT and XML source files for certain Flash applications.
6. Availability, responsibility, and ability - in that order and in the highest possible level. You must also have a sense of intuition as the system is complicated and will most likely take some time for you to adjust.
Preference will be given to native Spanish speakers, and mainly Mexican providers due to the specific nature of the project, however everybody will be considered.
DO NOT BID if you can't commit to this project right away or can't work nearly fulltime during this week.
