Need expert in HTML, CSS, JQUERY and GRAPHICS for work

I'm in search of an web and graphic design expert who will be available on an instant messenger to finish of an unfinished job

I'm currently programming all the functionality for a website and find that the css/html side of things really slows me down. Which is why I want a dedicated person to deal with this side of things.

I like working with the current designer but time is money and I have to get a certain amount of work done each day in order to be on track. There have been many days like today where I have not heard from the designer all day and been held back from moving forward. I've been sending messages from 9AM this morning and it's PM now and still nothing. I've wasted a day doing nothing and as a hard worker I will not continue like this.

I've given many chances to the designer but the same thing keeps happening over and over again so I feel the only move I can make now is to terminate the contract and move forward with a new designer who will work with existing design.

For the new designer good spoken English is a must as we'll be using skype VOIP to communicate and at times just simple instant messaging.

You must be proficient in:

HTML *

CSS *

JAVASCRIPT * (JQUERY EFFECTS)

GRAPHIC DESIGN*

FREEHAND*

and other building blocks of making fully fledged dynamic websites.

Your work will be to finish tweaking the homepage (minor tweaks to signup, login forms and buttons) and then continue making the other outer pages which would be login, and forgotten password page. Then we'll move to the inner pages of the website.

I've been working on this business for a year now so I can become very impatient at times which is why I need to be involved in the design process, meaning I get to make suggestions and see the design grow every step of the way.

I need to see URL's to your most recent work. If I don't see any I'll just hide your application as I have so many interested applicants. I will also ignore and hide applications that have been blatantly copied and pasted. I need to feel you have read this description and understand my requirements.

Also I'll like to be part of the experience and monitor you while you work so I can give suggestions etc. I know good work when I see good work.

Very important:

I'm someone who likes to be actively involved in work so constant communication throughout the working period would be great. I loose patience very easily because I like to work work work. I know I'll eventually find the right web designer for this project.
