We are an Internet Radio company currently providing comedy programming for NEXTEL and Sprint Mobile. Our "regular" artist has come ill and although this is a simple project, we are anxiously searching for a talented artist that can meet our current deadline.

We currently have an opportunity to build a new R&B/Hip-Hop station for Sprint Mobile, but we must have the station and the website finished by the end of next week.

The new station name is: PHAT Player Radio

PPR is a User Defined Mobile Hip-Hop Radio Station. The idea is to have a single page website with a top navigation bar that will include a few buttons for information about the service, support issues, top 40 request and how to unsubscribe to the service.

Here is what we are looking for:

P.H.A.T. as you may not know stands for “Perfect Hips A** & Thighs” and the Player is some slick dude that always gets the ladies. Thus, we are thinking of a cool “Pimp” like cat with one hot “PHAT bitch” at his side reaching for the record player - This would be the main Splash Image on the left of the website or across the top. Possibly a diamond ring with PPR across his hand...This graphic will determine the flow and design of the top navigation bar, buttons and color scheme.

Additionally, we need a logo or variation of PHAT Player Radio (PPR) for the website with the same Hip and Urban theme – Turn Tables, “Bling” and the like.

We don’t need perfect realism in the graphics. We are looking for a more Urban Stylized Cartoon feel.

The main content of the website will be the On Air display pages which will be provided by our software guys along with a drop-down menu navigation system that will allow listeners to request tracks from our database.

Also please incorporate room for a standard 120X600 Vertical banner and a top 728X90 as well. 468X60 banners will also be included.

Please note - We are partial to Anime styled characters.

If necessary, we may ask a separate artist to complete the "Player" and his "PHAT" woman along with the logo.

These two elements would then need to be integrated into the final website design along with the navigation bar.

This should be fairly straight forward - easy money :-)

It appears that we have found two graphic artist that specialize in the style of artwork we need for this website. They will be finishing the Character Artwork and Logo design in a few days.

However, we still require a programming team to create the Navigation Bar and tie together the artwork with the over all website design. This will require some additioanl graphic artwork but mostly programming of the website itself.

Please re-submit bids based on this new requirement.

Thank you,

Eric
