Google AdSense website designer and programmer

Hi, I am looking for a website designer / AdSense expert who can create an AdSense optimized site in a niche that will generate at least $10 per day on average. Preferable the website will need minimal maintenance.

The Niche / ideas will be supplied with access to specific content that can be used in the site. No gambling, adult or pharmacy. No illegal activities or non-compliant AdSense content. I will supply both the hosting and the domain.

I have opened an AdSense account that needs approval. I have a 10 year older established ecommerse website focused that is active using oscommerse in the same subject as the niche we will use. Modification of the site to add the AdSense module is required to use to gain approval. It will be your job first to use this site to get my AdSense account approved. After initial approval, then implement the new site using the same account and content from the oscommerse site.

My site must be fully operational and online generating the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no intervention on my part. All practices must maintain my account in good standing.

Terms:

- Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating for at least 6 months content.

- Only white hat

- You MUST follow Google AdSense rules and regulations.

- Website / AdSense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. No bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat

- Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website.

- No pharmacy, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by AdSense rules

- Site must generate income for the long term with $10 usd minimum 2yrs +

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

- Welcome to add any related other income generating products as long as it doesn't distract from AdSense ads. Income from AdSense should be minimum $10

- Must Be AdSense optimized

- Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as AdSense

I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my AdSense account and receive my first payment. I will hold the payment until this. Then I will release the payment. No partial payments, sorry. When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full. The bidder should consider the following points:

• Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. I should be earning daily without any work from my side

• Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching a website, day by day statics to be provided: Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked.

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable.

Traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within AdSense TERMS OF SERVICE. I cannot risk my AdSense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!
