I am looking for good flash designers who can show me good flash examples of their previous work. I need flash work camparable to the following examples (I gathered a few examples from varios sources,as good work)-

The templates should be faster to load on server.

The selected candidate (necessarily from Delhi, or ready to relocate in Delhi) will be offered a few projects on a freelance basis. LAter on, if the work done is satisfactory, i will offer him/her a job with my company. Opportunities are tremendous. Only you have to prove yourself. Individuals only bid on the project. I will not entertain any company's bids.
