Custom Wordpress Theme for Pool company

We are a USA based marketing agency. We need someone to design a custom high quality wordpress theme for our client a pool company.
I need a 10 page website with custom navigation. This part of the site shouldn't look like wordpress. In other words, it shouldn't have comments or posts.
I need a separate template which will have the blog on it. So there will be a site for the pool company and a blog where they can post blog posts.
We want high quality sliders on the home page and our list of plugins installed.
We want to see the sample design first so we can get client approval. After that, you can build the html. We will need the site installed and hosted on our hosting account.
Client confidentiality is a must. We will provide the client's logo and a list of sites that they like. We also have 5 pictures of pools that they have built. We have 3 more sites pending and will award them to those who do quality work on this job.
Please show portfolio of wordpress sites. Will award shortly.
