I would like the following template adjusting in terms of content... which I can provide. -

I would like a form adding to the site which will take vehicle details and email them to us.

For example - upon clicking "add vehicle details"

You will have a form which asks for following info -

Name, Dealership, Vehicle Make, Model .... etc

Once added the form will send us an email containing the details. I would then like some method of us being able to easily add this information to another page within the site. So other users of the site can see...
