Ebay is asking us for the following invoice below. Can someone help us resolve our account status.
- Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help us verify your items can include either supplier invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement.
We need an invoice from an authorized reseller of microsoft, as we sell microsoft goods on eBay however we don't have invoice for this.
Can anyone help us to resolve our account?
