Build alerter that compares crypto currency prices on two websites and calculates difference in price. If difference exceeds user set threshold % then send email and sms to user specified addresses. More details provided in attached files.
Excel file gives outline of page to be created user inputs and calculations as well as functional description.
Word document gives website details and screen shots showing the required data.

Alerter V2.xls replaces the original Alerter excel file, please reference this file when quoting. A few minor changes to the page layout have been made to improve functionality and links to API details for each of the brokers have been included. Text for the 2 possible messages has also been specified.
Number of possible email and SMS inputs has been increased from 1 to 3.
I don;t think this will add to the complexity of the project but if you feel otherwise please amend your quote accordingly.
