Integrate comments functionality in a Vue editor

We want to integrate a simple system for comments in a Vue editor.
When someone selects a word, a sentence, ... from the text, it will show on the side a textbox to write the comment associated to a user (the username is a variable). Another person can answer to that comment.
In the end, we will need to see all the comments from all the users that comment on that text.
Finally, when we click on a comment it highlights the selected elements on the editor.
For this project, can be used a free Vue editor of your choice (ex: [login to view URL]) and you must deliver a Vue single component that integrates these functionalities.
