Mix two sounds in Audacity

Hi freelancers, I've one urgent project that I have to get finished in 24 hours.
I need mix of two sounds done in Audacity and added some effects on them.
Here are instructions :
Mixed song MUST NOT be longer than 2 minutes.
You HAVE TO write all the effects you used and in which time in a mixed song.

This doesn't have to be PERFECT, just to be good enough to get good mark in secondary school.
