Looking for a developer to create a web-based application that will serve as a Suggestion Box. The application must have an exceptional
GUI. The application will allow a user to enter a suggestion and the application will send an email to the person. The application will also have an Administrative
area, to setup where the email will go and to allow customization of the web application.
The application must have an exceptional GUI! Application must be completely web-based. No installation of software for the client or server.
The winning bidder will be selected based on samples of previous work sent. If selected, you will recieve a detailed document and allowed to modify
your bid. You must meet any deadlines agreed upon. Failure to meet deadlines will result in a monetary penalty up to $20 per day.
