Help me manage and grow an eBay DropShipping Business.

I am looking for a VA to help with the day to day running tasks of my eBay Dropshipping business.
I am looking for an individual who is available 30+ hours a week for this ongoing project.
Job Description: You will research products on Amazon, looking for items that 1) Sell well and 2) Provide a profit margin within a certain GBP amount when dropshipped through Ebay.
Example: During your research you may find a product called "The Blue Widget" and this may sell for £35 on Amazon, but may sell for £49 on Ebay. You would then list "The Blue Widget" for me on Ebay. (I use third party software for listing products to Ebay. A working knowledge of these would be a bonus, but they are easy to learn.)
Once a customer has placed an order you will be responsible for 1) Ordering the item from Amazon...2) Keeping track of when the item ships...3) marking the item shipped....4) Sending the customer the tracking information.
You will also be asked to handle customer service, such as product inquiries, returns, complaints, etc.
Ideally you will have previous experience and be able to provide me with the eBay ID of someone you have worked with. Although training can be provided.
Working knowledge of how to use Terrapeak and other 3rd party softwares will be [login to view URL]
There will be other tasks added as the above process becomes streamlined.
The more money I make, the more money you will make. I am generous with bonuses.

Initially for the interview phase I will request each successful applicant to list 50 new items on eBay for me - I have set aside a budget of $3.50 an hour for this trial and I am allowing a maximum of 6 hours for this to be completed.
I am more than happy to provide training and during the first months of the job you will be strictly monitored to ensure you are capable of doing the job.
You MUST be very trustworthy and have checkable references from previous jobs handling secure and sensitive data.
