Edit product promotional video - 40seconds, 'boredpanda' style

Hi all,
We require a freelancer to take an existing video of ours (professionally shot) and re-cut it to a 'bored panda' type informative video style with text overlays explaining the product etc. The recut only needs to be around 40seconds long.

We have available a professionally filmed and cut promo video as well as secondary clips and footage taken on phones of the product in use.
Moving forward, if we find the right person we would like to work with them moving forward - we see video as our key marketing type and prefer a long term arrangement with the right freelancer.
Budget for this first cut is $50 AU with following videos to be discussed.
