Create Gym Video

I require a gym video of about 30 mins or longer that will run on a 60" TV sign at my front entrance.
It will replace a painted sign. It will be my front window sign in effect.
I have a lot of clips and stills and other material that can be used. The stills will be replacing the old sign and will rotate and run for approx 20 secs each time they run
I will provide a suggested running sheet but as I have no artistic talent the placement etc is entirely discretionary
The files I have are in different formats
I have also music in MP3 for a simple soundtrack
My project essentially consists of stringing a lot of videos together and then levelling the colour balance frame size etc which should be batch jobs The video will loop on a screen at my front door and display in a shopping mall
