Video editing of short app demo screencast

I've created a short three minute screen cast demonstrating how to use a smartphone app. I need it edited in the following ways:
1. The voice audio was recorded in a separate file so I need the video and audio combined into one video file.
2. The last 10 seconds wasn't right so I've recorded another audio file to replace this. This will need to replace the current ending. As the screen does not change in last few seconds the video image can just be frozen and the new audio added over the top.
3. The video is recorded with the phone in portrait position so this will not fill the frame when played within a standard Youtube video dimension. I would therefore like an static image to be displayed in the background to the left of the screen cast video. I have provided a PhotoShop file of exactly how I want things displayed.
4. Perhaps add some suitable, quiet background music.
5. Any other improvements you think you can make like removing background noise, suitable subtle effects etc.
I've attached the audio but the don't seem to be able to upload the .mp4 as it is 120MB. This can be sent via Dropbox.
This should only be one or two hours work for someone with good skills.
