Translation of a paragraph and audio recording of it

Hi: My brother lives in Edmonton, Alberta and asked me (I live in Ottawa) to help with a short paragraph to be translated and then audio recorded. My brother edits nature and historical documentaries. He is applying to edit a documentary on Edmonton's history via a walking tour and needs to submit a recorded text in French. Here is the text for translation, which is only one paragraph.
"The Firkins house located on 1905 Street is a representation of modern building Designs that was becoming available in Edmonton around 1911. The
California style bungalow featured a stucco exterior, which was fairly new to the City and on the interior, Beaverboard, a compressed wood fibre material that was also new to the housing industry. The house was wired for electricity and phone and even has a garage in the back indicating that automobile use was growing in Edmonton at the time."
Once translated, it needs to be read into a voice memo.
