Translate a user manual and wiring diagram of a machine (Chinese to English or Indonesian)

I have 2 pcs of [wiring diagram] and 29 pages of pocket-sized [manual book] (plus table of content and cover) written in Chinese that needs to be translated to either Indonesian language or English (I am fine with both option).
Attached is the sample of the [wiring diagram] (1 page) and middle 2 pages of [manual book] for reference. Please study it first before making an offer as this is a machine's user manual and thus may hold some technical term on it.
I don't require perfect English translation (grammar and such), but please make sure that the translation is decent and can be read without a heartache. For information, machine translation doesn't work so no need to try (results are gibberish. Already tried). Last, don't translate the use of the button wrong.
