Translate part of my story from Hindi to English

Actually, I am going to publish a story which is already written partially in English and Hindi both language. Now, What I am going to do is to publish it only in the English Language. So for that, I need to translate the part of the story from Hindi to English. So, for that I need someone who is an expert in translating from Hindi to English, especially the dialogue writing must be accurate.
There are around 250 pages written and there are average 10 lines in each page which are in the Hindi language and for that, I need someone for translating those lines in English for me.
This whole project is done by me so all expenses will be done by me only. So, I need someone who can do this at a cheap price.
