English->Chinese Translator needed for 6 months

Hello,
I'm having a book translation project of 1.6 million words from English to Chinese (simplified, Mandarin, mainland).
This book is about Christian religion.
The client want it to be translated and REVIEW by several translators who have deep understanding of Christianity, have experience in translating religious document.
The project should be done in 6 months, but in case you can't take all the work, each package should be 300.000 words (and each translator work on about 25.000 words/month)
It's very important that we have a reviewer who really have an insight to this (even a priest)
